I hired Lisa to proof my manuscript, but she did much more. She not only found all my mistakes, but made notes to advise me how to make the manuscript better. I revised the manuscript following her suggestions. It came out forty pages shorter and reads like a rocket. Lisa surprised me with her acumen about creative writing, for I have published before, have a Ph.D. in English, and thought I knew all about it; however, her tips taught me much more, and made me a better writer.
